Balance:- The balance and £150 returnable breakages deposit is due 8 weeks before arrival. Upon receipt of your cheque we will forward confirmation and travel details.

Prices:- All prices are fully inclusive of heating, electricity, bed linen and tea-towels.

Arrivals & Departure

Normally Arrivals after 4pm and Departures by 10am
However at times we can be flexible depending on departures or arrivals either side of reservation.

Cancellations

On Cancellations no refunds are given. We do not offer a cancellation insurance but would request our Guests to organise these independently.

Pets & No Smoking

We respectfully ask our Guests to observe our 'No Pets' Policy and 'No Smoking' Policy inside the Cottages. Thank you.

Group bookings we reserve the right to refuse group bookings in our opinion, are unsuitable for the accommodation.  The maximum number of people stated in each cottage must not be exceeded without prior consent.  If the maximum is exceeded we reserve the right to terminate your holiday forthwith or apply additional charges.
